Arvind Tripathi , I live in a small town in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh. I have a small family. I didn’t study after 10 th class. So, I couldn’t find a job as per my qualifications. That’s when I started working as a tyre fitter. I have been in this profession for more than 6 years now. Although I always wanted to enhance my skills in order to give work to other people who couldn’t study much and hence, are unemployed.
RPL training programme gave me the exposure and certification to do the same. After the programme, I started to practice the skills I learned and taught those skills to my fellow mates and motivate them to get enrolled in this kill development training programme.
I’m and will always be grateful to Government of India and RSDC for bringing this course to our door step and skilling India for a better future. for making dream real for people like me.

Krishna Kumar Singh I’m currently working as Line Operator at DBG Technology India Pvt. Ltd. My education qualification includes B.A and I.T.I.
I got to know about MPHRT course when I was struggling to get a job. Being a fresher it wasn’t easy to get a job in any field. So I attended the counseling session for MPHRT course at Ericsson Skill Centre along with my parents. Focal Skill team got me and my parents convinced to join this course. Eventually, after vigorous training period I got placed in a big firm. If it weren’t this course, I wouldn’t have got this job.

Md. Imfaraj I live in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh. I was struggling to get a good start in my career. I didn’t have the qualification to get a job in
any MNC’s like other people of my age.
I belong to a poor family and to support my family I started working as a tyre fitter.
Although I was lacking the required skill set for this job role. Luckily, I got enrolled in a tyre fitter course under RPL. In this training programme, I learned to work on new machines and other important information related to this job role.
The best part about this training programme is its mobility. It came right to our door step. So, I didn’t have to worry about being away from home to be a part of this training programme.
By bringing this programme, RSDC and Government of India, not only changing the course of tyre fitter’s work but also making our life better. I’m lucky to be upskilled in the RPL training Programme. It is a great beneficiary for people like me who are stuck in starting their career.

Meena I belong Karsog, Mandi, Himachal Pradesh. My father works as a driver for PWD dept.
There aren’t many options to go for in Karsog. Though I was fascinated with Big Hotels. But I lack the knowledge as well as money to do such a course which can lend me a job in big hotels.
Through a mobilization camp I got to know that under Himachal Pradesh Kaushal Vikas Nigam (HPKVN) a skill development centre has been running in Sundernagar. In the centre, there will be a training of 45 days in hospitality sector. The only concerned I had, was of cost of the training and the distance. However, in the mobilization camp, the team cleared all my doubts pertaining to this course. They were enrolling only the interested
candidates.
So, after consulting with my father, I got enrolled in this programme and came to sundernagar. The trainers are well equipped with the approprioate knowledge in hospitality sector. The centre set up was done in a way to give the candidates’ the feel of working in a hotel/restaurant to give them real life world experience.
Not only this, HPKVN is providing placement opportunities post our training. I got placed in Royal Park Resort, Zirakhpur, Punjab with a stipend of 4000Rs Per Month, with free food facilities, in my training period. After completion I will get the hike as per Hotel standards. I will always be grateful to HPKVN and Focal Skill for helping me in getting a better livelihood by enhancing.

Nikita, I live in Slapper, Mandi, Himachal Pradesh. I studied till 12 th class. My father is a farmer by profession, so he couldn’t afford my further studies. My family was unsure of my future and I couldn’t look for manyoptions due to financial problems.
That is when I got to know about a programme running under Himachal Pradesh Kaushal Vikas Nigam (HPKVN) in hospitality sector. I got to know about it through a pamphlet and my father went straight to the centre which is situated in Sundernagar to enquire about the same.
The training period is of 45 days only. It is free of cost and in fact, they are also providing residential facilities for candidates who live far away. In short, this training
programme has all those things which I wanted.
I learned a lot in this training programme, things related to hospitality sector. Special soft skills sessions have been part of this training for improving our interpersonal skills.
After completion of my training period, I got placed in Royal Park Resort, Zirakhpur, Punjab under the assistance of Focal Skill. I’m getting a starting salary of 4000Rs Per Month, with free food facilities, in my training period. After completion I will get the hike as per Hotel standards. I’m and will always be grateful to HPKVN and Focal Skill for bringing this course to our door step and skilling India for a better future and for making dreams real for people like me.

Rashmi Khanagwal currently working on Iserver Admin Pvt. Ltd. I studied in BPSMV University and I got ICT training from Ericsson Skill Centre in my college. Focal Skill trainers gave me a good experience to start as a beginner. It is a good place as it improves the knowledge and confidence of students & it brings the best out of the students. Shri Bhagwan I hail from Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh. I belong to a middle class family. I started my career as a small shopkeeper in my neighborhood, but, it didn’t work out well. So, I changed my profession and started working as a tyre mechanic. I learned all the skills needed for being in this business by doing more and more work, however, I couldn’t lean technical skills in depth.
But, RPL training programme changed everything. Now I acquire the skill set for this job role and I think I can teach others as well and give employment opportunities to people like me.
This programme boosted a new confidence in me for my work. I’m grateful that I got enrolled in this programme.

I joined MPHRT course to get a job in mobile repairing sector. However, I was a little skeptical about this course. Although with time my doubts got cleared because during the training sessions there were a lot of seminar and experiments which helped me to get to deeper knowledge of the subject as well as improved my personality traits. It made me self confident. My trainers helped me in every way possible from providing training to providing placement opportunities.
